Intended Audience ================= This manual is intended for the community of GNSS/geospatial practitioners who are already highly skilled in running GNSS campaign-style surveys (including real-time and static), are very familiar with :term:`post-processing` GNSS observations, and who understand the theory of least squares adjustments as it pertains to GNSS data. However, one does not need a degree in geodesy or surveying science to successfully use this manual and OP. Although many geodetic and surveying terms are used throughout the document, a glossary is included to remove confusion on the use of terminology. NGS has also published a number of educational products which may be very useful in bringing the user up to speed on a number of these topics.
