    ARMOArkansas DOT

ATTENTION. We are aware that multiple stations were down over the weekend and this morning. As of right now, everything is back up except ARMO, Monticello, we are currently working with the IT Department both at ARDOT and UAM to get this station back up and the issue resolved.

From Verizon - "working to our network within the next week. As a result, you may experience disruptions. While we will do our best to adhere to this schedule, it may shift out as much as two weeks due to factors outside of our control."

The reason I wanted to point this out, is that it directly affected my phone service yesterday and this morning. If any of you are using Verizon sim cards in your equipment. Just please be mindful of this.

    Several sitesMichigan DOT

I am informing the users of the MDOT CORS network that we are missing Rinex data for the large majority of the Lower Peninsula from 12/4/22 at 3AM EST to today (12/07). The line for the affected servers is from stations south of following sites:MIMN, NOR1, MIHL, MIGL, and MITW. Service on a few systems were corrupted. This data from this outage cannot be recovered and not available via NGS since MDOT is the originator of the RINEX files.

    Sincerely, Shawn Roy P.S.

    MLO1Hilo, HI

Station MLO1 is currently inaccessible, as the lava flows from the current Mauna Loa eruption has crossed the sole access road. Station MLO1 is physically in the Mauna Loa Observatory, and is not currently at risk of being affected by lava flows. However, power and communications are likely down. MLO1 cannot be remotely reached at this time.

Our WVCV site is experiencing an outage that started 9/21. After calls with the staff at the host site, the cause of the outage is believed to be linked to the internet network in the area. Previous outages at the site have been linked to internet problems that the host site staff is trying to trouble-shoot but experiencing delays. A plan is currently being formed to get the site back in operation. We will keep you informed when the site is back in operation.

I wanted to touch base with DP1A. Our contractor was out today to look at it; the issue appears to be with the cable from the antenna to the receiver. Parts for cabling are being ordered. The receiver and antenna are in good shape, just issue with the cable. I'll keep you updated as things progress. Thanks, ~Robb

    Michigan DOT

Our IT group preformed some upgrades this weekend and we are missing a lot of data from the lower half of Michigan again on Sunday.
As with previous times this data is most likely gone due to the way that the Leica software stops the active logging of our receivers with the licensing server during the upgrades.

I am passing along an issue that has been going on since March 25th at 4:00 PM EST. There is some type of communication issue with the MDOT servers and getting the data for NGS for them to pull. If you are trying to use an application that receives RINEX from NGS you will not find the data on their site.
visit mdotcors.michigan.gov for manual download of data.
